This was the second Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015 to be held at the ExCel centre London and we have attended both shows with very good responses to our products on both occasions.

Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015 was a deemed fantastic  success by the organizers seeing thousands of clinical pharmacy professionals attending the show on Friday 25^th and Saturday 26^th April. The congress offered more than seventy three hours of education accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society together with many  new features and more than one hundred and thirty exhibitors. To which the clinical pharmacy community responded by attending the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015  in record numbers!

More than two thousand clinical pharmacy  professionals visited during the 2 days, many of these were able to attend for zero charge after redeeming a Congress education grant made available to them.

The Congress exhibition was our home for the 2 days we were there and  we were able to display our Products to the  clinical pharmacy community on a one to one basis.

We displayed our new ward dispensing trolley developed with the help of Newcastle hospital, our Patents bedside lockers and Laptop trolleys developed with the help of Scunthorpe Hospital. We also showed our Controlled drugs cabinets and Medicine cabinets which all were very well received by the thousands of delegates many of whom were from overseas.

Exhibitions such as the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015  are a cost effective way of presenting our products to a large number of targeted professionals. They give us valuable information and feedback on the workings and requirements of different departments and areas of the health service.

The clinical pharmacy congress 2015 will again be held at London’s Excel centre in the heart of the docklands area. This years clinical pharmacy congress 2015 is the fourth annual Clinical Pharmacy Congress and brings together 2,000

The two-day Congress will feature top speakers providing hours of CPD education across seven conference streams, programmed in conjunction with Centre for Postgraduate Pharmacy Education (CPPE), and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS); providing pharmacy staff from all clinical areas an excellent environment for learning and sharing ideas.

Held at London’s eXcel centre, the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015 is the fourth annual Clinical Pharmacy Congress and held over the 24-25th April.

The Clinical Pharmacy Congress is home to 2,000 delegates and over 120 exhibitors. The Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015 is classed as the sector’s largest and most important event for clinical pharmacy professionals.

For us at Pharmacy Medical, the Clinical Pharmacy Congress was a resounding success. At last years show, 2014, we had on display our selection of controlled drugs cabinets, medicine cabinets, our MDS trolley and pharmacy consumables.

For the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2015 we will be carrying on a similar theme, however showcasing some of our new products too. On the stand will be our bedside cabinets, dispensing trolley as well as our controlled drugs cabinets and consumable items. We will also be showcasing, for the first time to the public, our new design of MDS trolleys.

The Clinical Pharmacy Congress was a new show for Pharmacy Medical, we had never before exhibited at a show in London, or in front of so many NHS staff all at once. Having exhibited repeatedly at several shows over the years closer to home, the Clinical Pharmacy Congress was uncharted territory for all of us at Pharmacy Medical.

On our stand at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress, excel centre in London, we exhibited our usual range of products as we would do normally at the Pharmacy Show or the Care Show in Birmingham.

Setting off to London, we had decided that the show would go one of two ways, worthwhile,… or not. (spoiler alert, we’ve booked again for next year).

On arrival, we set up as normal. This was the first time we had a three walled stand rather than a corner plot, however in the hotel on the first night we were pretty pleased with how it all looked, our new banner scheme worked well with the shell scheme stand at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress.

The two days of the show came and went, as did visitors in waves from one talk to the next. What surprised us was the interest that they had in our products! Especially the very vivid Pharmacy dispensing baskets, and our controlled drugs cabinets. We have always put bright Green LED lighting inside our cabinets at shows to brighten the inside of the cabinets and make it easier to see what the customer is buying, however these acted as an ice breaker, starting off many conversations.

Coming away from the Clinical Pharmacy Congress, Pharmacy Medical as a company had been exposed to a market that they had dealt with before but now saw in a new light. We had also been exposed to new suppliers and products. These new suppliers will over the coming months enable us to offer a wide range of new technologies on our existing and new product lines making our products both as substantial and higher quality as they are already, but future proof as well.

>From feedback gained through talking to customers at the show, we will be adding new and exciting products to our range. Designed with these NHS trusts, they will be the same great quality expected by Pharmacy Medicals customers but expand our range to offer new products to suit all areas of the NHS, including bedside cabinets, trolleys and beds to name a few.
