The dimensions of this CDC100 controlled drugs cabinet are :- 250mm(5) x 300mm (W) x 150mm (D) and it is manufactured from 2mm thick mild steel with a fully welded construction.

This CDC100 controlled drugs cabinet is the smallest in Pharmacy medical’s range of cabinets and features a fixed door tray. In accordance with British standard 2881:1989 level one and “The misuse of drugs (safe custody) regulations 1975 the unit is fitted with a single 6 Pin Euro-profile cylinder euro profile cylinder lock  independently tested to meet BS: EN1303:2005. The lock features  key retention which prevents the key from being removed unless the lock is in the locked position. This feature is to prevent the controlled drugs cabinet door from appearing  locked when the door is only closed . The Drugs cabinet door is hinged with a continuous hinge that has a welded hinge pin to prevent it being forcibly removed. In the unlikely event the hinge is forced the controlled drugs cabinet has a folded return on the door which would prevent the door from being removed if the hinge were removed. The rear of the Controlled drugs cabinet has two fixing holes of 10mm diameter which are clad with 3mm thick Anchor plates to reinforce the fixing position and prevent forced removal of the Cabinet.

This CDC100 controlled drugs cabinet weighs approximately 8 kilos and has a volume of  approximately 11 litres.
