The CKH101PT CareKart is part of Pharmacy Medical’s trusted range of single column procedure trolleys. Manufactured in the UK from high-quality components, this trolley is designed for reliability, hygiene, and ease of use in demanding healthcare environments.

Built from durable mild steel, fully welded and finished with a hygienic powder-coated surface, it offers strength while remaining easy to clean. The trolley is designed to be used with Pharmacy Medical’s extra-width 470mm trays, providing generous storage capacity in a compact footprint.

Castors

All our CareKarts come fitted with high quality 100mm castors as standard. Featuring a thermoplastic rubber wheel these castors offer smooth rolling and are designed for healthcare environments. Securely fitted to the bottom of the trolleys, the design of these trolleys has been done with special attention to how the castors are fitted.

All CareKart trolleys come with 2 braked and 2 unbraked swivel castors. The braked units also feature swivel lock so your trolley will stay in place when parked.

Trays

All our CareKarts come fitted with high quality plastic trays. This variation comes complete with clear trays that are injection moulded from engineering grade plastic which exceed all BS:5873 certification requirements. Allowing storage at a wide range of temperatures and chemical resistance to various acid, alkalis, alcohols and oils.

Working with the patented Glide & Tilt runner system these trays are interchangeable, reversible, and reconfigurable. Accessories are available with optional Inserts, ticket Windows, Lids, and File Frame Inserts.

Cleaning: Smooth radius corners of ease cleaning in sanitary environments; simply clean with soap & water.

Ward Trolleys

Designed and manufactured in-house by Pharmacy Medical, our ward trolleys provide a lightweight yet durable solution for storage and dispensing. Built from either powder-coated mild steel or medical-grade stainless steel, each trolley is engineered for strength, hygiene, and ease of use.

For smooth handling, every model is fitted with two 100mm braked castors and two 100mm freewheeling castors, ensuring safe, controlled movement. All CareKarts also feature a removable top for added convenience.

Single Column Trolley Design

Each trolley is built with enclosed sides, protecting the contents and enhancing security. For additional peace of mind, trolleys can be fitted with a lockable door.

As standard, our trolleys include fixed antibacterial liners, designed for easy cleaning and to allow flexible positioning of optional trays. This makes them ideal for environments where hygiene and efficiency are essential.
