Delivery Terms and Conditions From DC Medical Solution’s Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery
    • DC Medical Solutions Limited shall deliver your order via our chosen carrier.
    • Free Standard Delivery Service is a Monday to Friday during office hours, delivery to a ground floor kerb side location with assisted off-load if requested by delivery driver. A delivery charge may be incurred on certain orders where the delivery route includes stairs.
    • Special delivery services may be available as a delivery option. Please call before placing your order to discuss your requirements
    • Expected delivery dates may be given for an order and are given as a guide only. DC Medical Solutions Limited cannot be held liable for any loss of business, income, losses, cost, damages, charges or expenses that may result from a later delivery.
    • Deliveries are only made to UK mainland addresses. If required we are able to quote for Non-UK mainland and International delivery options.
    • In the event delivery of your order is aborted by our carrier due to issues caused wholly by the customer we have the right to impose an aborted delivery charge that covers all costs related with the failed delivery. An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors. If you feel there may be any problems with your delivery please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.
    • Small item delivery. Small item delivery will be attempted to the delivery address once. If no one is available to accept delivery a card should be left for the customer to contact the carrier. Delivery will then be attempted a further two times if no contact is made by the customer. If after these attempts the product cannot be delivered, the product will be held at the local depot for a working week awaiting customer collection. If no collection is made after this time, the product will be returned to DC Medical Solutions Limited. Delivery can then be re arranged at an additional cost.
    • Damages MUST be reported within 3 working days of deliveries and prior to the goods being moved from the delivery location. Failure to do this will result in a failure to claim.
  • Please be aware of the following
    • Please note that delivery vehicles will require access to the property. Please inform us of any access issues, maximum vehicle weights etc. If we are not notified and the courier can not delivery, additional charges will be incurred, either to return the goods to us, or to redeliver in a smaller vehicle.
    • Failed deliveries will have a re-delivery charge. This will vary depending on location and size of order.
    • Please DO NOT sign for damaged goods. – any damages not visible upon delivery MUST be reported within 3 working days of deliveries and prior to the goods being moved from the delivery location. Failure to do this will result in a failure to claim.
    • If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible. We take no responsibility for issues caused by products not arriving to a customers time-frame.
