Important Notice in relation to Current Operations:

We are open as but our lead times are longer than usual due to significantly increased demand for our products. Lead times will vary from product to product. Please contact us if you require your order urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.

Unfortunately due to the well documented delivery driver shortages we are seeing delays in transport networks. All our consignments are sent using a premium ‘next day’ service, however, mainly with palletised freight on larger items, we are seeing more and more depots taking longer to deliver. Please be aware that from despatch, your order may not arrive on the following working day. Tracking information will be provided via email when your order is shipped.

Delivery From Pharmacy Medical

We at Pharmacy Medical pride ourselves on our quick dispatch and short lead times. Often envied by our competitors, we aim to keep the majority of our items in stock for quick delivery across the UK, and around the world.

Please read the following delivery points prior to placing your order. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order if it is very urgent.

  • The couriers we currently use operate on a next day service however deliveries can sometimes take longer.
  • Pharmacy items and smaller cabinets are typically dispatched using Royal Mail, DPD or DX Logistics. Tracking information is provided.
  • Larger items will be dispatched a pallet network, typically Palletways, and will arrive on a wooden pallet by a third-party carrier. Please be aware that these items are sent this way due to their size, so the delivery vehicle may be a 7.5 tonne or above.
  • A 2 hour delivery window is now provided for items sent on Pallets. This will be sent to the contact information provided to us when placing an order and is usually provided on the morning of the day of delivery.
  • Due to limitations set by the couriers, deliveries are always to a ground floor location only. The courier will also not be able to bring the items indoors, or remove items from pallets etc.
  • Please always check the goods being delivered to you before signing for them. When signing, you are accepting that the items are in good condition and not damaged.
  • Although we make every effort to keep our stock level indicator live, it is manual and cannot always be accurate. If you need your cabinet urgently we suggest you call for an accurate delivery estimate.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver to you, and your item is returned to us, there will be a re-shipping charge.

Please check goods prior to accepting delivery and notify us of any damages / discrepancies within 3 days of delivery and prior to them being moved to a new address.

*Items are dispatched subject to stock remaining unsold. On the occasions that we may be out of stock on some items, delivery can take longer. If you are needing your items urgently, please contact us to ensure we can achieve delivery to your needs. If we have a specific date to work to, we will always endeavour to meet this.

At this moment in time we can not guarantee a next day delivery service on any item.

Collect From Store

Place an order with us and we also offer a collect from store option. Please check with us that your order is ready before coming to collect.

Please Note: “NEXT DAY” refers to dispatch time. If ordered before 11AM, and the item is in stock, you should expect to receive the item the following day. However delivery can take longer. If ordered after 11AM any in stock item will be dispatched the following day. By purchasing a product through Pharmacy Medical, online or by any other means, you are accepting these terms.
