Pharmacy Medical Returns and Restocking Policy

We aim to provide the most information we can on the products we retail on this web-shop. Wherever possible we state the sizes, weights, volumes and configurations of the products. We strongly encourage you to double check sizes etc before ordering. Even though, from time to time products need to be returned to us. Please see our terms and conditions below.

Returns of goods ordered in error.

(i) The Seller (Pharmacy Medical) will accept Goods ordered in error providing the Buyer advises the Seller within 5 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packing.
(ii) The Buyer agrees to return the Goods ordered in error to the Seller (Pharmacy Medical). The return is at the Buyers risk and cost. Pharmacy Medical recommends that the Buyer allows collection of the Goods by the Seller to reduce risk of damage (carriage charges apply).
(iii) All damages recorded in returns transit are chargeable, whether returns are made by Buyers courier, or Pharmacy Medicals.
(iv) A credit note will be issued following receipt and inspection of the goods by Pharmacy Medical (the Seller). Goods will be subject to a £25 minimum restocking charge and 25% thereafter (whichever is greater). Damages are charged on a cost basis. Items returned without keys will be charged at 100%. This will be reduced to a 10% charge if the customer re-orders another item.
(v) No goods may be returned by the buyer without Pharmacy Medicals written consent.
(vi) Non Pharmacy Medical branded products are non-returnable.

(vii) Moving a product from the delivery address without notification voids all warranty.

General Returns Information.

(i) All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
(ii) All keys and shelving must be included. No keys will result in a total loss

(iii) Goods that have been used will not be accepted by the Seller on Health and Safety grounds.
(iv) If a product requires dismantling and re-painting, the item will be classed as a total loss.

Please note that we will only arrange collection of goods if they are in their original packaging. For items shipped on a pallet, these must be on that pallet banded and ready for collection. We will typically use the same courier to collect as we used to ship the goods to you originally. If the items are not in their original packaging then it is the customers responsibility to return the goods. Any damages regardless of courier are charged in addition to the returns and restocking rate. If a product requires dismantling and re-painting, the item will be classed as a total loss. If the customer returns the goods using their own courier, the goods must be returned to us within 5 working days of notice.
