Whats in the Box
All our products come with the necessary shelves etc either onside the cabinet itself or within the packaging. How we pack products depends on how we ship them. Items travelling by DPD with be packed differently to those travelling on a pallet.
What to look for:
- Trolley Chassis
- Door Shelves, Body Shelves*, Plastic Trays**
- Keys – all cabinets are shipped with the keys attached to the packaging in a red envelope.
Keys
The keys to your new cabinet or trolley are the hardest part for us to ship. Due to the regulations, we can not ship the keys inside the cabinet itself, (key retention prevents us from doing this). As a result, we put the keys in a bright red envelope marked “Keys and information enclosed” which is sellotaped to either the box your products has been shipped in, or the packaging surrounding the product itself. Although we try and put the envelope in as prominent a location as possible, please DO NOT throw the packaging away until the keys have been located. Due to the way we dispatch products we can not ship them without the keys so your product will have them enclosed within the packaging somewhere. If the keys have been lost, we can not supply replacements.
*Internal shelves not included on PM110 and PM210. PM400 and PM450 has no internal shelves, just a racking system.
**Plastic trays only included on original packaging trolleys.
